Yes. The beta on iPhone, iPad and Mac is free. If that changes after the beta, we will tell you before it does.
Will she remember what I told her?
Yes. She remembers what you talked about, so the next conversation picks up where the last one ended. You decide what she keeps.
Which languages does she speak?
English, and you can practice other languages with her, such as Spanish. The full list is in the app.
Is MATSUMI a real person?
No. MATSUMI is an AI, drawn live in 3D. She always says so when asked, and in business deployments a notice on screen tells people they are talking to an AI.
Which devices does she run on?
Personal: iPhone, iPad and Mac now. Android and XR glasses and headsets come next. Want her on a Windows PC or in your browser? Pick it when you join the beta. Business: phones, tablets, computers, large displays and holographic panels.
What happens to my data?
If you join the beta, we keep your email and the optional details you give us. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete them at any time. For businesses, MATSUKO works under GDPR, and EU hosting is available for enterprise deployments.
How does a pilot work?
It starts with a 15-minute live demo. Then you pick one use case and one location, and we agree what success looks like. Pilots run 3 to 6 months, depending on scope: you provide the use case, we provide MATSUMI set up with your content, and we measure the results together. You decide on the next step after that.
Which AI is behind her, and can we change it?
